Thrifty Book Finds

This weekend I had the opportunity to engage in one of my favorite activities...browsing the local thrift stores for used books! While most were pretty picked over, I did find these lovely gems. I'm most excited about the Bryson and Murakami. I haven't read anything by either author, but have heard such great things about each that I can't wait to dive right in.

    I happen to love both A Walk in the Woods and City of Thieves. Looks like you got some great reads here!

    Fun! I really enjoyed A Walk in the Woods despite not being a nature lover. My husband is still amazed I want to hike the Appalachian Trail because of it. The other three are on my TBR!

    I've had mixed feelings about Bryson. I don't really like his travel writing, but everyone I talk with recommends A Walk in the Woods as a really amazing book. I'm planning to read it, sometime. Enjoy!
